Eyewear purchased at our location is covered (excluding parts, if required). If your frame happens to have a manufacturer defect (rare, but possible), we’ll gladly help facilitate your one-time replacement and 1-year warranty through the brand when available.

We’re always happy to adjust and care for eyewear from outside sources, handling every frame with the same level of attention and respect we bring to our own. That said, due to the nature of adjustments and repairs, we’re unable to replace frames or lenses that may become damaged while we’re assisting.

If your doctor has updated your prescription and we received your previous script within the last 60 days, we’ll provide a one-time remake of your lenses at no charge (excluding upgrades).
