Fritz & Hawley Guild Opticians works with most major vision insurance providers for glasses and contact lenses at our Hamden, CT and New Haven, CT locations. While vision plans typically do not apply toward the cost of a comprehensive eye exam, we are happy to submit any available out-of-network exam claims on your behalf when benefits are available.
We accept most insurance plans for eyeglasses and contact lenses, including EyeMed, ConnectiCare, Aetna, Husky Health, and many others. Give us a call at either location to confirm if your plan is in-network.

Eye exams are performed in-office using advanced teleoptometry technology with a licensed optician present throughout your visit. Although exams are considered out-of-network, our team will submit eligible claims for reimbursement on your behalf when available.
